The Riverdel Stingrays Swim Team is open to all Riverdel members ages 5 - 18.  Besides offering swimmers the opportunity to develop their skills in competition, the swim team provides a great way for kids to make friends! It is also an excellent opportunity for parents to meet parents. 

  

To register for the swim team, please contact one of the board members.  The cost is $75 for the first swimmer and $40 for each additional swimmer.  This all-inclusive fee includes Spring Warm-ups, mandatory Tri-Co insurance fees, coach's gifts, mini-meet concession fee and any other fees necessary to compete in Tri-County.

September 19 - 2012 Meet Schedule is Out 
The 2012 "A" meet schedule is out.  Riverdel will be competing in Division E this year against the likes of Riverton, Fox Hollow and Woodbine.  Also, the Burlington County Championship Meet is scheduled for Saturday, July, 28 and the Tri-County Championships on August 4 & 5.

August 7 - TRI-COUNTY SWIMMING CHAMP 

Congratulations to Jillian Bujanowski Tri-Co Champion 13-14 100m IM in a time of 1:11.58

July 23 - Whitman Square 291, Riverdel 263
Riverdel finished its season 0-5 despite contributions from five double winners. Jillian Bujanowski (13-14 50 back, 50 fly), Brianna Horn (12-under 100 IM, 11-12 girls 50 back), Rhiane Howley (9-10 50 free, 25 breast) and Casey Oram (9-10 25 back, 25 fly) were winners in the girls’ races. The only boy to win twice was Gary Hessler (15-18 200 IM, 100 back). 

   
July 16 - Old Orchard 347, Riverdel 207
Gary Hessler (15-18 boys) won twice for Riverdel in the D Division meet, touching the wall first in the 200 IM and 100 backstroke. Jillian Bujanowski finished first in the 50 back and butterfly in 13-14 girls, and Rhiane Howley won the 50 freestyle and 25 breaststroke in 9-10 girls 

       
July 9 - Westwood 317, Riverdel 236
The Stingrays dropped a D Division meet that matched two county teams. Jillian Bujanowski (13-14 girls) was one of six double winners for Riverdel, touching the wall first in the 100 IM and 50 butterfly. Robby Rodolico won the 100 freestyle and 50 fly in 13-14 boys, and Robbie Wachter won the IM and 50 backstroke in the same age group. Samantha Wargny won the IM for girls 12 and under, and took the 50 back in 11-12 girls. Jaylyn Bark won the 50 freestyle in 11-12 girls, and swam up to win the 50 breaststroke in 13-14 girls. Riley Starke (8U girls) won the 25 free and back. 

     
June 30 - Wexford Leas 301.5, Riverdel 252.5
Caleb Esposito (8U 25 breast, 25 fly), Jake Dimond (12U 100 IM and 11-12 50 fly) and Gary Hessler (15-18 200 IM, 100 back) were double winners for the Stingray boys in a D Division meet.Jillian Bujanowski (13-14 100 IM, 50 breast) and Elizabeth Daly (13-14 50 back, 50 fly) were double winners for the girls as the Stringrays dropped to 0-2. 

     
June 25 - Chestnut Run 279, Riverdel 272
The Stingrays fell just short despite two wins each from Jillian Bujanowski (12-under 100 IM and 11-12 50 breast) and Carly Cristella (8-under girls 25 breast and 25 fly) in the girls competitions. Double winners among the boys were Gary Hessler (15-18 200 IM and 100 back), Robby Rodolico (13-14 boys 100 IM and 50 breast) and Robbie Wachter 13-14 50 back and 50 fly).
